Shipping Policy:

Our shipping cut-off time is 3:00 PM Central Time. Orders placed before this time will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

We ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders include tracking information, which will be provided to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We strive to deliver your order in a timely manner and appreciate your understanding.

Refund and Returns Policy – Kushlife Store

Overview: At Kushlife Store, we stand by the quality of our products and aim for your complete satisfaction. Our refund and returns policy lasts for 100 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that perishable goods cannot be returned.

Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Manufacturer Returns: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Refunds Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and bank.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at for further instructions.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns: To return your product, please contact us at and our team will provide you with instructions on where to mail your products. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Trackable Shipping: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
